Service Scope

This website accepts requests for pre-booked shared shuttle and private transfers between Kayseri Airport (ASR) and hotels in Göreme, Ürgüp, Uçhisar, Avanos, Çavuşin and Ortahisar.

Prices

Shared shuttle is €15 per passenger. Private Vito is €90 per way for up to 5 passengers. Private Sprinter is €110 per way for up to 16 passengers. Payment is made in cash to the driver in EUR, USD or TRY. Card payment is not available.

Booking Confirmation

Submitting the website form creates a booking request. The transfer is confirmed only after the transfer team confirms the request. Customers are responsible for providing the correct hotel, passenger and flight information.

Flight Information and Delays

For airport arrivals, the flight code supplied in the reservation is used to follow the flight. If that flight lands late, the airport meeting is adjusted to the updated arrival without an additional flight-delay waiting charge. If the flight code changes, the customer should send the new code as soon as possible.

Cancelled Flights

If the flight is completely cancelled, the transfer can be moved to a replacement flight after the new flight details are provided and confirmed by the transfer team.

Shared Shuttle Operation

Shared shuttle service is organised around the arriving flight. The vehicle leaves after the passengers booked on that flight have reached the meeting point. Because the service is shared, the journey may include hotel stops for other confirmed passengers.

Airport Meeting

The driver meets arriving passengers at the Kayseri Airport exit with the lead passenger name written on a paper sign. The customer should use an accurate lead passenger name and keep the booking details available after landing.

Return Transfers

For hotel-to-airport transfers, the transfer team calculates the collection time from the departure flight and expected road time, then communicates the confirmed hotel pickup time. Customers should be ready at the confirmed hotel collection time.

Cancellation

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the transfer. Changes or cancellations should be sent to the transfer team as early as possible. The website does not collect an advance online payment.

Travel Times

Distances and travel times shown on route pages are approximate planning values. Actual journey time can change because of traffic, weather, road conditions, hotel access and the number of hotel stops on a shared transfer.

Passenger Details

Passenger names and passport information are requested for reservation and passenger transport reporting purposes. Customers are responsible for providing accurate passenger information.
