Information We Collect

Depending on the booking, we may process passenger names, passport numbers, flight and travel details, hotel or accommodation name, transfer date, passenger count, booking notes and contact information available through the communication channel used for the reservation.

Why We Process It

These details are used to create and confirm the airport transfer, organise the vehicle and driver, follow the flight where relevant, arrange hotel collection, communicate changes, and complete passenger transport or reporting obligations that apply to the transfer operation.

Passport Information

Passport details are requested in the passenger-details step because passenger identity information may be required for reservation and passenger transport reporting in Türkiye. The booking flow does not ask for passport numbers before the customer has selected the transfer details.

How Information Is Collected

Information is entered by the customer in the booking form and prepared as a WhatsApp booking message. The customer can review that message before sending it. Information may also be provided during later WhatsApp or phone communication about the same reservation.

Who May Receive the Information

Reservation information may be accessed by authorised staff and personnel needed to operate the transfer, such as the assigned driver. Where a legal passenger-reporting duty applies, required information may also be provided to competent public authorities. If you send the booking through WhatsApp, the message is also processed through WhatsApp/Meta under that service's own privacy terms.

Legal Basis

Personal information is processed where it is necessary to establish or perform the transfer reservation and service, and where processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations applicable to passenger transport and reporting. Information should not be used for unrelated purposes.

Retention and Security

Booking information should be kept only for as long as it is needed for the transfer, related operational records and applicable legal record-keeping duties. Access should be limited to people who need the information for those purposes.

Your Rights

Under Türkiye's personal-data rules, you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about that processing, ask about its purpose and recipients, request correction of inaccurate data, and exercise other applicable rights concerning deletion, objection and compensation where the legal conditions are met.
