Why a shared shuttle can take longer
The ranges above are useful for road planning, but a shared shuttle may make several confirmed hotel stops. A passenger whose hotel is later in the drop sequence can therefore spend longer in the vehicle than the direct road-time range suggests.
Hotel location changes the final minutes
Two hotels in the same town do not always have the same access time. Cave, hillside and boutique properties can sit on narrow or sloping streets. Where the vehicle cannot safely reach the front entrance, the nearest practical vehicle-access point is confirmed.
Traffic and weather
Road conditions, traffic and weather can change the journey. The published ranges are planning estimates for normal conditions, not promises of an exact minute.
Private transfer is usually more predictable
A private Vito or Sprinter does not include other passengers' hotel stops, so the transfer follows one booking from the airport to the confirmed accommodation. This is often useful for families, groups or passengers with a tighter schedule.
Return pickup is calculated differently
For hotel-to-Kayseri Airport transfers, you do not simply reverse the arrival travel time. We calculate the pickup using the departure flight and expected road conditions, then send the confirmed hotel collection time in advance.
