What We Operate

We provide shared shuttle and private airport transfers. Arrival transfers are organised from Kayseri Airport to the hotel on the confirmed reservation. Return transfers collect passengers from that hotel for Kayseri Airport.

Kayseri Airport Meeting

For airport arrivals, the driver waits at the terminal exit with the lead passenger name written on a paper sign. The flight code entered in the reservation is used to follow the arrival. If that flight lands late, we wait for the updated arrival without an additional flight-delay waiting charge.

Shared and Private Service

Shared shuttle departures are organised around the arriving flight. The vehicle leaves when the passengers booked on that flight have reached the meeting point. Private Vito and Sprinter services reserve the vehicle for the booking party.

Return Transfers

For a hotel-to-airport journey, we calculate the pickup time from the departure flight and expected road time, then send the confirmed hotel collection time to the customer.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment is made in cash to the driver. EUR, USD and TRY are accepted; card payment is not available. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the transfer.
