Choose Shared Shuttle When

You are travelling alone or as a couple, price per passenger matters most, and you are comfortable sharing the vehicle with other confirmed passengers from the same flight. Shared service goes to the confirmed hotel where vehicle access allows, but the journey can include several hotel stops and therefore take longer than a private transfer.

For this website, “Cappadocia transfers” means airport transfers between Kayseri Airport and the confirmed hotel, not local town-to-town transport inside Cappadocia.

Choose Private Vito When

Your party has up to 5 passengers and you want one vehicle reserved for the booking. Vito is usually the practical step up for a family, small group, tighter schedule or travellers carrying more luggage because there are no other hotel stops.

Choose Private Sprinter When

Your group is larger and needs capacity for up to 16 passengers. Sprinter is the clearer choice when keeping the whole group together is more important than paying per passenger on the shared shuttle.

Hotel Access Still Matters

All three options are organised for the confirmed accommodation. In Cappadocia, some cave or boutique hotels sit on narrow or steep streets. Where the transfer vehicle can reach the hotel safely, service is arranged to the property. If the final street is not suitable for the vehicle, the nearest practical vehicle-access point is confirmed with the passenger.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment is cash to the driver in EUR, USD or TRY. Card payment is not available. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the transfer.
