How much are the private transfers?
Private Vito is €90 per way for up to 5 passengers. Private Sprinter is €110 per way for up to 16 passengers. These are fixed vehicle prices for the selected route.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Enter the correct flight code when you book. We monitor the flight using that code, and if the aircraft lands late we wait for the updated arrival without charging an additional waiting fee. If the flight code changes, send the new flight information to the transfer team.
What happens if my flight is completely cancelled?
The reservation can be moved to a replacement flight. Send the new flight code and travel date to the transfer team so the booking can be updated.
Where do I meet the driver at Kayseri Airport?

When does the shared shuttle leave Kayseri Airport?
Shared shuttle service is organised by arriving flight. Once the passengers booked on that flight have arrived and met the driver, the vehicle leaves for the confirmed hotels. It does not run on a fixed public-bus timetable.
How is my return pickup time decided?
We calculate the hotel collection time from your departure flight and the expected road time to Kayseri Airport. The confirmed pickup time is then sent to you before the journey.
Is there an extra charge at night or early in the morning?
No. Night and early-morning transfers use the same standard route price. There is no separate night surcharge.
How do I pay for the transfer?
Payment is made in cash to the driver. Euro, US dollars and Turkish lira are accepted. Card payment is not available.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the transfer. If your travel plans change, contact the transfer team as early as possible.
Why do you ask for passport numbers?
Passenger identity information is required for the reservation and airport transfer reporting process in Türkiye. Passport details are requested only in the passenger-details step, after you have already selected the route, date and transfer option.
Do you take me directly to my hotel?
Yes. Arrival transfers are organised for the hotel or accommodation on your confirmed reservation. Return transfers collect you from that same confirmed property.
Do you provide child seats?
We do not currently provide child seats. Bring your own or contact us on WhatsApp before booking.
What luggage can I bring?
Standard suitcases are fine. For oversized, extra or special luggage, add the details in the booking notes or contact us on WhatsApp so we can confirm whether it fits the selected vehicle. For cave hotels and difficult vehicle access, read the hotel-access guide.
Which transfer option is best for me?
